Detailed explanation of membership tiers & rewards

All members registered under the previous membership program will be automatically enrolled in the new membership program. To check your current membership tier, please register or log in using the email address you registered previously. Membership validity begins from the date on which the membership entry requirements are fulfilled;
Storewide discounts are only applicable to regular-priced items;
Member points can be used in conjunction with store credits (including birthday coupon) and membership discount, but are pplicable to regular-priced items only. 1 Member Point = HKD1 cash rebate. The maximum number of Member Points that can be redeemed per order is 20% of the total value of regular-priced items. For example, if the regular-priced items in an order totals HKD100, the maximum redeemable amount is HKD20;
Store credits (including birthday coupons) can be used in conjunction with member points and membership discount, but are pplicable to regular-priced items only. To receive birthday coupons, you must first register a membership account and provide your birthday. The birthday coupon will be issued automatically on the first day of your birthday month. The maximum amount that can be redeemed is 20% of the total value of regular-priced items in the order;
Starting from the date a membership tier becomes effective, spending the required amount in the consecutive year will renew that membership tier.
