4. SF Express ships to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong International Airport, Ma Wan and select outlying islands. You may also ship your order to hotels if the shipment can be left at the hotel concierge. Please contact us if you wish to amend your shipping method, address or time after confirming your order, but please note that all additional shipping and handling charges incurred will be borne by you. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not the recipient (such as gifts), you accept the recipient’s signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order by Pleasure Point and transfer of responsibility in the same way. 


5. The order cut-off time is 19:30. The 4-hour lead time starts when the shipment is picked up by the driver and dispatched. All orders placed after 19:30 will be arranged for delivery after 13:00 on the next day. Please contact us to let us know your preferred delivery time after you have placed your order and ensure that the shipment can be received in person within the scheduled time. All additional shipping and handling charges incurred due to uncollected shipments, change of address or delivery time after placing your order will be borne by you. 1. We use Hongkong Post / UPS / SF Express or other logistics companies (depending on the content of the order). The waybill number will be emailed to you prior to order dispatch.


2. This is an estimation; the final lead time depends on the district and actual circumstances. 


3. The total shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout page prior to payment.


  1. To ensure that your order reaches you on time and reduce any potential delays, please email the following information to <cs@pleasurepoint.store> and indicate your order number as soon as possible:

    1. Full [English] address, including city, district and postal code, etc;

    2. Full name of the recipient (please fill in your legal full name when you place your order);

    3. Copy of the recipient’s valid identification document 

  2. We currently only ship to Taiwan Main Island (Formosa).

  3. Additional shipping fee might be incurred if excess packaging is required due to a large quantity or size of the ordered items. In the event of such, we will contact you and provide you with a revised shipping quotation prior to order dispatch. 

  4. Taxes are not included in your order payment. All taxes and administrative costs incurred shall be bourne by the customer. 

  5. International orders are not eligible for order refunds, unless there is wrongdoing on our part.

  6. We do not run any agents, offices or stores outside of Hong Kong. All orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse. Therefore, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our Shipping and Returns & Exchanges Policy prior to placing and paying for your order, so as to ensure that your rights are clearly understood.

We do not provide shipping services to the following countries, where adult products are prohibited:

  2. We will provide you with a shipping quotation 2 - 3 business days after receiving your enquiry; 

  3. You may either confirm or abandon your order after receiving our shipping quotation;

  4. If you choose to proceed with your order, we will send you an invoice and payment request email, with payment methods included;

  5. Your order will be dispatched 1 - 2 business days upon payment confirmation, with the airway bill provided upon availability;

  6. Please note that we may request you to provide a copy of your identification documents as per the requirement of customs regulations and logistics companies.
